Looks like they are trying to work it out with banksters to me. The banks might want to fork it over before they start hanging the banksters. I of course would never encourage this, but I would understand if it happened. Even if it happened here in the states. I don’t know what that guy was saying, but I understand.
When you harm someone enough they might just harm you back has been my findings in life.
