Cuomo\u2019s COVID decrees, but one thing is for certain \u2014 it doesn\u2019t appear constitutional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Dr. Scott Atlas, a member of President Trump\u2019s coronavirus task force intimated last week in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/11\/15\/politics\/scott-atlas-coronavirus-michigan\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">now-deleted tweet,<\/a> \u201cThe only way this stops is if people rise up.
