Today is November 4th for clarification.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2020\/10\/17\/924930037\/court-says-michigan-cannot-count-ballots-received-after-election-day\" target=\"_blank\">an appeals court ruled<\/a> ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day in Michigan cannot be counted, so post-dating them would be a criminal offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked by O\u2019Keefe why he decided to come forward, the whistleblower responded, \u201cThat\u2019s sketchy. I don\u2019t like sketchy. It screams corruption.
