The Andrews government’s proposed new pandemic legislation represents a real threat to democracy in the state of Victoria, says Sky News host James Morrow.
“It has to be stopped, it has to be overturned by any means,” Mr Morrow said.
“If it passes then premiers like Dan Andrews will have power to rule by decree.”
