This I would suggest is in response to the International court accepting a law suite against the Prime Minister of England and many others for crimes against humanity.
I doubt it will be another “Scariant” to re-lock down and re-mandate, etc. No, next time will be the real deal, Mersa or Hemorragic fever, something with a minimum 30% kill rate, to usher in medical martial law, combined with WW3 for complete fear and total distraction and thorough coercion !!
