This woman, an American State National, shows us how to stand in court against unlawful arrests

    Nowadays Reality – January 26th, 2023

This woman, an American State National, shows us how to stand in court against unlawful arrests, felony charges and fraudulent traffic violations. Way to go! She schooled the court and the judge was silently listening to her as she stood her ground.

    1. The “Judge” is paid by the government to sit there and to protect the government and to collect as much money as possible.
He/she does not give a damn about equity, justice or rights but only about protecting the government.
They use the ‘law’ to colour their actions with a veneer of believability but know full well that it is all a scam.
A far smarter defence is to challenge the jurisdiction. Is it a criminal court of a civil court?
if criminal charge, where is person harmed and how were they harmed. No harm, no crime. No case to be answered.
If it is an infraction, where is the contract that you signed making you a party to that contract.
It is going to be a huge hassle to take on the government and you will probably lose but the other option is that you acknowledge that you are a slave.
The government has unlimited resources to attack you and will use all those resources to get what it wants. God forbid you should embarrass the swine, then they will gang up and go all out to take you down hard. Pistorius in SA and the Jan 6 protesters learned that.
