    1. Every Qantas employee who feels they have to succumb to non constitutional vaccine mandates in order to provide for themselves and their family needs to ask Qantas to agree to Option 1 of the mandatory vaccine agreement below.

      If the prospect of Qantas having to pay out millions should the vaccine prove unsafe in the long term causes some nervousness in the hip pocket then they can always choose Option 2 and preserve an employee’s freedom under the constitution and federal anti discrimination act.

      # Vaccination requirements for employees – a contract with options
      ## Copy and send to anyone and everyone: employees and employers and, of course, all media organizations!

      If an employer believes the COVID vaccinations to be safe for their employees to receive and thus wishes to make them mandatory then they should have no issue with offering the terms of Option 1 to employees. Their confidence in the safety should mean they will have no issue offering such commitments to an employee in the case of side effects of the vaccine they mandated affecting their employee’s life.

      On the other hand, if they wish to uphold the rights of their employees under the Australian constitution, the Federal Anti Discrimination Act and various international treaties they should choose Option 2:

      ## Option 1: Mandatory COVID vaccination contract
      As your [current or prospective] employer with a mandatory vaccination policy we wish to express our confidence in the safety of the currently available COVID vaccines by making the following legally binding commitments to you.

      As a result of being vaccinated under our mandatory vaccination program, should any side effects of a mandated vaccine, whether becoming evident in the immediate, short, medium, or long term, and regardless of whether you are employed by us at the time such side effects become evident, we will, at our expense:
      1. Compensate you for the resulting costs, including but not limited to: medical care, medications, rehabilitation, equipment and transport costs to and from medical or other facilities in order to facilitate such services.
      2. Compensate you for lost work hours should you become permanently or temporarily unable to perform your duties within our organization, or any future organization that you may have employment with.
      3. The value of compensation for lost work hours will be calculated according to your wages or salary at the time work could not be completed as a result of the side effects of the vaccinations we mandated under this contract.
      4. If the side effects of the vaccinations we mandated under this contract result in permanent incapacity for employment whilst you are employed by our organization or if this incapacity is rendered whilst employed at a future employer we agree to compensate you for lost income, CPI adjusted on a yearly basis, until you reach the age of 67 with payments being made monthly.
      5. In the unfortunate event of your death as a result of the vaccinations we mandated under this contract, either soon after or anytime after such vaccinations, we agree to pay within 30 days of said event, compensation to your estate a value calculated according to your current or most recent wages/salary and accumulated up until the time at which you would have reached the age of 67 with the contribution from each year being increased from the previous year according to the current CPI.
      6. Such compensation will be in addition to and not replace or be reduced by any payments received under any government compensation for side effects of COVID vaccination that may become available at any time in the future.

      Under this agreement we acknowledge that you have not waived any of your rights under Australian law and we will place no constraints on you in regards to partaking in legal action at an individual or class level against us where we may have infringed on your legal rights as an Australian citizen.
      We acknowledge that applicable rights under law that we may have infringed include, but are not limited to:
      1. Federal Anti Discrimination Law:
      Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986
      Discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, religion, political
      opinion, national extraction, social origin, age, medical record, criminal
      record, marital or relationship status, impairment, mental, intellectual or
      psychiatric disability, physical disability, nationality, sexual orientation,
      and trade union activity.
      2. The Australian Constitution Section 51, xxiii (23) A makes it illegal for any federal, state or local government to introduce laws that can, in any way, create “civil conscription” to a pharmaceutical or medical service:
      Section 51 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act:
      (xxiiiA) the provision of maternity allowances, widows’ pensions, child endowment, unemployment, pharmaceutical, sickness and hospital benefits, medical and dental services (but not so as to authorize any form of civil conscription), benefits to students and family allowances;

      ## Option 2: Respect and acknowledgement of your freedoms by placing no mandate for vaccination on employees
      Our organization respects and actively encourages within our culture of diversity, including but not limited to diversity of thought, religion, ethnicity, ability and sexual orientation.

      We also actively support your freedom to choose what medical procedures, treatments and medications will be applied to your body both now and into the future. After all, it is your body and we believe that no person, government or organization should override such freedoms of individuals granted to them by virtue of living in a free country with a constitution (Section 51, xxiiiA) that explicitly protects such freedom. This extends to us avoiding any mandating or application of coercion in order to encourage you to become vaccinated against your will.

      We also do not wish to discriminate against current or prospective employees based on their medical record who wish to exercise such rights as to choose whether or not to receive a COVID vaccination. This is your right under the Australian Federal Government’s Anti Discrimination Act and we wish to uphold and support that right.
