The criminal is hung by the neck without a ‘drop’ so that he/she is strangled for about 10-15 minutes, then whilst still alive they are placed on a table and their intestines are pulled from their bellies (a blunt butter knife is a good way to make the incision) until the belly is empty and the criminal is holding their guts in their hands, then four horses (or range rovers I don’t care) are tied, 1 to each limb, and slowly the arms and legs are separated from the torso. The individual parts are then displayed at various towns and cities around the country as a warning to others, never to commit such heinous crimes again.
It worked before, it works for me and it would work again to make sure that these genocidal pieces of ordure never forget how good people feel about them.
